A historic Toulouse start-up, Onestock (formerly Devatics) continues to accelerate in 2021 and will recruit around thirty people in order to continue its European development. It is already planning a 50% growth in its activity this year. “We are a software publisher that has created a solution to unify stocks and orchestrate orders (Order Management System). We allow our customers to streamline their order flow to develop their turnover. We help them fight against Amazon! We notably count among our references: Intersport, Okaïdi, Camaïeu, Truffaut or Mano Mano ”, explains Paul Arlet, the financial director of the company.
Onestock will integrate employees to improve its solution and maintain its technological lead. “With this objective in mind, we are going to look for marketing profiles and in particular our chief marketing officer and above all to expand our technical team for the R&D and onboarding parts. “
Cutting-edge technical profiles
Onestock will thus hire computer engineers with “very technical and very advanced” skills. These profiles are constantly coveted by the innovative company. For its onboarding team, Python or PHP developer engineers are in demand. “They will be in direct contact with customers. We also ask for rather technical profiles who will have to take up exciting challenges for our customers and solve a hundred problems per minute. They will also have to be endowed with a real sense of management and interpersonal skills, ”notes Paul Arlet.
In its recruitments, the company will pay attention to the technical level of candidates, more than to experience. She will also take care of their state of mind. “We are trying to develop the cutting edge of the Order Management System, but we also want to maintain a family atmosphere”, notes Paul Arlet. In a sector where competition is strong, the start-up relies on its brand image and its history to attract candidates. “We are going to offer them the opportunity to work in the center of Toulouse in a company at the forefront of RetailTech”, concludes Paul Arlet to motivate the candidates.
