Tottenham win, Newcastle lose
London: The battle of the strong in the English Premier League football is in a draw. The Liverpool-Arsenal match was tied (1-1). Gabriel Magallanes (four) and Mohamed Salah (29) scored for Liverpool. Arsenal are first with 40 points with 12 wins in 18 games and Liverpool are in second place with 39 points after 11 wins in as many games.
Tottenham beat Everton 2-1. Richalison (nine) and Son Heung Min (18) scored for Tottenham. Andre Gomes (82) scores for Everton.
Luton Town defeated Newcastle United by one goal. Andros Townsend (25) scored the winning goal. Burnley beat Fulham 2-0. Wilson Odebert (47) and Sanden Berge (66) scored. Burnmouth beat Nottingham Forest 3-2. Dominic Solanke (51, 58, 90+4) scored a hat-trick for Burnmouth. Anthony Elanka (47) and Chris Wood (74) scored for Nottingham.
