“The project, which represents a total post-IDF investment of $ 20 billion, will be financed to the tune of 14.9 billion by direct loans and guaranteed loans granted by 8 export credit agencies, by 19 commercial banks and by the African Development Bank, “he said, adding that this is the largest project financing ever made in Africa.
