Rapper Tory Lanez has apologized to colleague Megan Thee Stallion for shooting in which the latter was injured, reports TMZ Wednesday on the basis of text messages that the medium has viewed.
“I know you probably never want to talk to me again, but I want to let you know with deep regret,” Tory Lanez told Megan Thee Stallion in a text message sent on July 12. The rapper also stated that he was drunk when the shooting took place.
Megan Thee Stallion hit just hours before Tory Lanez sent the text message injured at a shooting. Tory Lanez was also involved in the incident and has been linked to unauthorized possession of weapons.
Contrary to previous reports, Tory Lanez has not been arrested for involvement in the shooting, reports TMZ.
