AMSTERDAM – Former judge and chairman of the Enterprise Chamber Huub Willems has a gloomy view for Shell if it wants to get out of his court order that 45% less CO2 must be emitted by 2030. The judgment from the Milieudefensie case also stands on appeal. And failing to meet the imposed reduction will cost money.
