Bollywood cinema is not Indian cinema – Girish Kasaravalli
: Director Girish Kasaravalli said that Bollywood cinema should not be supported for the sake of supporting Indian cinema. He also opined that Bollywood cinema is not Indian cinema. Indian cinema, produced in different languages, cannot be seen as a single cultural form. Actually it should be called ‘Indian cinema’ not ‘Indian cinema’ – critic and writer C.S. Girish Kasaravalli said while interacting with Venkateswaran.
