He explained that this new agreement was possible thanks to the amendment to the Procurement Law endorsed by Congress, which allows the purchase of medicines abroad, which in turn will lead to consolidated purchases at a good price and without corruption, “which It is a reason of recognition not only to the head of the Federal Government, but also to the UN, which is a serious and prestigious institution that also joins to improve the quality of life of the poorest in Mexico. “

Madriz Estrada stressed that this agreement will combat the corruption that currently exists in the public health system in the acquisition of medicines, vaccines and medical supplies, in addition to the fact that in all regions of Mexico it will be decisive in saving lives and will focus on the medical service.
