Tommy Soeharto Rejects the Munaslub Party with the Work of Muchdi’s camp. Page all

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – General Chairman Work Party Hutomo Mandala Putra or Tommy Soeharto declare, reject and do not recognize the results of the Extraordinary National Conference ( Munaslub) which was held 11-12 July 2020 by a number of Berkarya Party cadres.

According to Tommy, the implementation of Munaslub contradicts the Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD / ART) of the Berkarya Party.

This rejection was conveyed by Tommy, in a statement letter signed on Monday (10/8/2020).

“I, as the Chairperson of the DPP Berkarya Party, reject and do not recognize the results of the Extraordinary National Conference (Munaslub) of the Beringin Karya Party (Berkarya) which was held on 11-12 July 2020 in Jakarta, because the Organizing Committee and Munaslub Participation Committee are illegal, not appropriate and contradicts the Articles of Association and Bylaws of the Berkarya Party, ”wrote Tommy in the statement.

The Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Menkumham) is known to have issued a Decree (SK) on Ratification of the Management of the Workers’ Party DPP as a result of the Munaslub, a few days ago.

In the management structure, Tommy Soeharto’s name is listed as Chairman of the Berkarya Party Advisory Council.

Tommy also strongly objected to having his name included in the management structure of the Working Party DPP as a result of the Munaslub.

Because, the merging of his name is not through communication and prior permission to himself.

“I strongly object that my name is used, listed, published as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Beringin Karya (Berkarya) Party without my permission and / or my knowledge which is announced in the public, as clearly stated in the Decree of MENKUMHAM Number M.HH-17.AH.11.01 of 2020 , “read the letter.

Furthermore, Tommy stated that the management of the Working Party DPP still refers to the Decree No. MHH-04.AH.11.01 Year 2018 dated April 25, 2018.

“That is the letter of objection and rejection I have made in truth, and I am ready to take responsibility for both civil and criminal legal proceedings,” he wrote.

Previously, the Berkarya Party led by Muchdi Purwopranjono received a Decree on Ratification of the Change in the Composition of the Executive Board of the Berkarya Party Central Executive Board for the period 2020-2025 from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

Secretary General of the Berkarya Party Badaruddin Andi Picunang said the decree was issued by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights on July 30, 2020 with Number M.HH-17.AH.11.01 in 2020.

Thus, there are fundamental changes in the management of the Berkarya Party DPP.

At present, Muchdi Purwopranjono holds the position of chairman of the Berkarya Party, previously held by Hutomo Mandala Putra or Tommy Soeharto.

Then, the position of Secretary General of the Berkarya Party Badaruddin Andi Picunang replaced Priyo Budi Santoso.

In addition to the decree to validate the management of the DPP, Badaruddin said that his party also received a decree on the ratification of the changes to the Berkarya Party’s Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD / ART).

Kemenkumham, said Badaruddin, has revoked Decree Number M.HH-07.AH.11.01 of 2018 concerning AD / ART.
