The NTR kindergarten series Drop can be seen in Dutch cinemas from 16 December. It is a bundled program of six episodes.
The 26-part series Drop has received high praise this year. The series, directed by Meikeminne Clinckspoor, Maarten van Voornveld and Lilian Sijbesma, was nominated earlier this year for both the Televizier-Ster Youth and the prestigious Emmy Kids Award.
Drop is about a knitted cuddly toy, Dropje, that has cheerful adventures in the ‘everything shop’ with the children who pass by. Viewers can identify with the scenes that Dropje experiences.
Thanks to the curiosity of the cuddly toy ends up Drop in funny situations that are solved in an idiosyncratic way.
