The general meeting of the EZ energy group will take place today, and the construction of a new nuclear unit in Dukovany will be discussed at it, except for the approval of the dividend.
Today, the EZ energy group has a general meeting. Among the main points will be the traditional approval of dividends. The group’s management in April proposed to pay 34 K per share. According to it, it will be about possible changes in the supervision of the councils and especially the need for the implementation of the construction of a new unit in Dukovany. The qualified shareholder Michal Nobr then, on the basis of one additional proposal, changed the concept of the company’s business activities.
Despite the pandemic, the General Meeting will be present in person. However, the Board of Directors has prepared several restrictive measures to reduce the likelihood of infection. The stop is filled at 10 o’clock.
