TNI AL deploys 13 KRIs to Kopaska to lookup for fallen trainees

A Navy (AL) teaching airplane crashed in the Madura Strait, East Java (East Java). The Indonesian Navy has deployed 13 Republic of Indonesia (KRI) ships to the Frog Troop Command workforce (Kopaska) to make the supreme lookup and rescue work (search and conserve/ SAR).

“At present, the Navy has 13 KRIs, 1 KAL (Navy Ship), 1 Kopaska group and 1 diving crew,” claimed Naval Provider Main (Kadispenal) Laksma Julius Widjojono in his statement, Wednesday (9/7 / 2022)).

The research and rescue work was led by Fleet Command Commander (Pangkoarmada) II Admiral TNI TSNB Hutabarat and Commander Guspurla Koarmada II Admiral TNI Deny Prasetyo.

The plane that crashed was an Indonesian Navy G-36 Bonanza T-2503. The aircraft crashed Strait of Madura which is the West Surabaya Shipping and delivery Line (APBS).
