The market for second-hand speed pedelecs is on the rise. Last year the supply grew by 20 percent, and this only seems to increase now that the first generation of lease speed pedelecs is coming to the end of their lease. HLN mobility expert Arno Jaspers did some research and listed the most important tips for purchasing a used fast bicycle: “Good examples are regularly offered with thousands of euros discount compared to the new price.”
