Perm resident Timur Bekmansurov, who staged a mass shooting at the local state university (PGNIU), is still in the hospital. He is conscious, but cannot speak normally.
The day of his treatment costs almost 2 million rubles (about 737 thousand UAH). This is reported by the Telegram channel SHOT.
It is noted that such an amount was spent on the Perm arrow on Friday, September 24.

Doctors assess his condition as stable. According to them, the guy is conscious, but it is possible that serious injuries can still give complications.
While Bekmansurov communicates little, pipes in his mouth interfere with him. Doctors say that he only occasionally asks for water or to turn him on his side.
At the same time, doctors assume that in a few days, law enforcement officers will be able to interrogate him.
