Jakarta (ANTARA) – The short video platform Tiktok has just launched a Q&A question and answer feature so users can interact more with their followers.
“Today we are making interaction easier with TikTok Q&A, a new question-and-answer feature that provides a way for viewers and creators to connect,” TikTok said on their official website, quoted Saturday.
This Q&A feature is available for Creator Account owners or Creator Accounts, users can turn on this feature on the settings and privacy page.

When it is turned on, users can set the comments column as a Q&A question and answer forum. Comments will be labeled as “question” or “question” for easier identification.
Creators can answer questions posed with comments or videos and add Q&A stickers in the answers given.
TikTok will also add a Q&A link in the bio of the creator’s profile, once clicked, the link will redirect the user to a page that contains questions and answers.
The creator’s followers can see the questions that have been entered and can add new questions from the page.
The Q&A feature is also available for LIVE format, creators can see questions that continue to flow through different panels.
