Delft – Of all the larger municipalities in the Netherlands, house prices are nowhere rising as sharply as in Groningen. Houses are no less than 11.6% more expensive than last year. At the same time there is a pull from the four largest cities. “Is this an incident or are we facing a turnaround here?” researchers wonder.
