After careful analysis our suggestions focused on Sonic Mania (not surprisingly, given that in 2021 the SEGA mascot celebrates its thirtieth birthday), Borderlands The Handsome Collection (two games for the price of one) e Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition, to be recovered in view of the arrival of Horizon Forbidden West.
Sonic Mania – 9.99 euro
This year we celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of the Sonic porcupine (the first game in the series was released on June 23, 1991 on Mega Drive) and while waiting to discover SEGA’s plans for this important birthday, we suggest the purchase of one of the most recent and acclaimed productions dedicated to the famous character born from the imagination of Yuji Naka, currently working on Balan Wonderworld on behalf of Square Enix.
Sonic Mania is a 16-bit style 2D platform inspired by the first trilogy for Mega Drive, in this new adventure we will also find Tails and Knuckles ready to support us, just like in the old days, in an old school platform game that won’t struggle to conquer the nostalgic. The only flaw, the version on offer is the standard one, without the additional content of the re-edition of Sonic Mania Plus, such as the two additional characters Mighty the armadillo and Ray the squirrel, in addition to the extra Encore mode. Borderlands The Handsome Collection – 9.99 euro
Borderlands 3 is one of the biggest hits of recent years but if the third episode of the Gearbox series wasn’t enough to quench your thirst for chaos, you might want to consider buying Borderlands The Handsome Collection.
This package includes Borderlands The Pre-Sequel and Borderlands 2 with all DLCs and updates, including the free upgrade that introduces 4K and HDR support, the only absence is the first Borderlands, sold separately in a remastered edition. Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition – 9.99 euro
