Thor: Love and Thunder does not seem to disappoint.
(No spoilers.)
It was not easy to follow up Thor: Ragnarok. After a medium Thor: The Dark World, the second most powerful god in Norse mythology needed an adventurous, funny MCU comedy. And Taika Waititi had the hammer thrown in the middle of nowhere.
Can the New Zealand Oscar winner do it again Thor: Love and Thunder? We will get the answer in two weeks, but after the world premiere on Friday, it starts to tick in reactions ahead of the reviews.

People are – for the most part – happy with Chris Hemsworth’s fourth solo film as Thor. Again with the help of Natalie Portman as Jane Foster aka Mighty Thor, Taika Waititis close friend Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie and Taika themselves as left as Korg.

MCU debutants here are the Oscar winners Christian Bale and Russell Crowe as, respectively Gorr the God Butcher and Zeus.

Like the previous movie – and like most MCU movies – is Love and Thunder and comedy. (Maybe MCU is the reason why there are fewer and fewer comedies in cinemas?)

Brandon Davis from Comic Book writes that this is the best movie with the Chris Hemsworth hero.

Matt Neglia from NextBestPicture is taken aback and believes that this film is better than Ragnarok. He boasts by Natalia and says that Christian Bale is raw as a supervillain.

Will someone call Thor: Love and Thunder for one of the best MCU movies ever?
Possibly the best? Yes. That’s how Drew Taylor from The Wrap feels. Maybe.
