This may be the price for canceling the railway competition around Oslo

In December, the government canceled all further competition for Norwegian railways. By then, the competition for seven lines around Oslo had been going on for a year and a half. Just a few weeks before Minister of Transport Jon-Ivar Nygård (Labor Party) said stop, six train companies had submitted revised offers for what is called Traffic Package 4:
