From Saturday, October 2, ZUS changed the rules of logging in to the PUE ZUS portal, i.e. the Electronic Services Platform. This is important information not only for retirees, contribution payers and employees using ZUS benefits, but also for people applying for Family 500 plus or Dobry Start benefits. The current account on the portal also allows you to receive by e-mail or SMS messages from the Social Insurance Institution about important events – in groups, as well as in individual cases.
ZUS has changed the way of registering and logging in to the PUE ZUS portal. Until now, in order to use the profile on the PUE ZUS portal, it was mandatory to provide an e-mail address. Now you can enter an e-mail address or a telephone number. These data must be unique – an e-mail address or telephone number can only be assigned to one profile.

When registering a profile at PUE, indicate whether to assign an e-mail address or telephone number to it. If a PUE profile already exists, this information must be provided when logging in.

ZUS also introduced changes to the subscription, i.e. notifications about events on the PUE ZUS portal. From now on, you can set different e-mail addresses and phone numbers for each context that a given user uses on the PUE portal. For example, if the user supports several payers, for each of them he can indicate separate e-mail addresses and telephone numbers for sending notifications.

In the bookmark [Ustawienia] – [Ustawienia subskrypcji] you can enter data for notifications separately for each context in which you work (as an insured person, payer, doctor, bailiff or beneficiary).
At section [Domyślne dane do powiadomień] you can enter an e-mail address and telephone number. ZUS will send notifications regarding matters for which the person using the portal wants to receive information (individually or collectively).
