This Is The Reason For Banten Governor To Extend Tangerang Raya PSBB

KOMPAS.com – Governor Banten Wahidin Halim back extend Large-scale Social Restrictions ( PSBB) in Tangerang Raya, namely Tangerang City, Tangerang Selatan City (Tangsel), and Tangerang Regency.

This PSBB is the fifth period, and will be extended for 14 days until 12 July 2020.

The decision to extend the application of the PSBB was mutually agreed upon by Governor of Banten Wahidin Halim, and three Tangerang Raya regional leaders during a meeting via video conference.

Wahidin said, the reason for extending the PSBB was because there were still people who ignored health protocols in public places.

Wahidin said, the PSBB this time would be focused on disciplining the use of masks and social distancing ahead of entry into force new normal.
