From Activity to Condition
The ‘new’ Condition app is used to click on you iPhone view all movement activities measured by your Apple Watch. Over time, the app has acquired more functions and provides more insight into data. Apple believed that the flag no longer covered the cargo and has therefore chosen ‘Condition’. In English it is called ‘Fitness’ in English.
Condition app is more compact than Activity app
You can now find more information on the home screen in the Fitness app. Previously, you were greeted with three large rings for movement and activities. To see more information you had to perform actions on the screen. The app is now organized so that you can still see your activity, both in rings and numbers. You can also see your recent workouts and you can immediately view your trends on the home screen.
Trends are new since iOS 13 and show how you perform compared to, for example, three months ago. A separate tab was added for this, but it did not last long. Incidentally, there are more tabs that do not survive in iOS 14. The Condition app now has two more tabs: Overview in Share.
