Annual report entitled World Happiness Report which crowned Finland the happiest country in the world, was released on Friday (19/3/2021).

The researchers are behind World Happiness Report used Gallup’s analytical method and asked people in 149 countries to rate their own happiness.

In compiling the report, the researchers also considered other indicators such as the GDP, social support, personal freedom, and the level of corruption of each country.

These indicators have been averaged over the past three years from 2018 to 2020.
