Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) recorded Indonesia’s economic growth in the second quarter of 2020 minus 5.32% (year on year / yoy). Of the 17 business sectors that support Indonesia’s economy, only seven sectors can still grow.
BPS Chief Suhariyanto said that of the seven growing sectors, almost all of them slowed down except for the information and communication sector, which grew significantly by 10.88% (yoy). While 10 other sectors experienced contractions.
