Meta CEO and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg; issued a warning to Messenger users who plan to take a screenshot of a message set to disappear. This is because the app is launching new updates to offer greater privacy in conversations.
Facebook Messenger will now feature end-to-end encryption; the feature that increases the privacy of conversations by ensuring that only you and the person you’re messaging can see it.
Additionally, the update allows users to set their messages to disappear after a set amount of time. This is something that other messaging applications already present.
