The Directorate of the Municipal Hospital, dependent on the Ministry of Health, informed the community that a WhatsApp line was enabled to obtain shifts.
ANeighbors can contact the Patient Management Unit at the telephone number (+ 54 9) 2323 624238, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., to request care in the different specialties offered by the health center in its outpatient clinics, such as Cardiology, Traumatology, Medical Clinic, Endocrinology, Diabetology, Pediatrics, Dentistry, Otolaryngology, Obstetrics and Gynecology.
“The Hospital entered the emergency phase, and within this framework, we reinforced the virtual communication channels seeking to reduce the circulation of people in the establishment. In this way, patients will only attend on the date and time of their shift, guaranteeing more order and efficiency in the care of the community ”explained the Administrative Assistant Secretary of the Ministry of Health, Damián Goenaga.
The initiative aims to optimize the operation of services and reduce waiting times and, in that sense, only text messages will be received – no audio or calls.
In the same way, interested parties must send the photo of the front and back of their ID, and detail the name of the professional or specialty for which they require attention, as well as a photo of their social work card, if they have one.
It should be noted that, for shift management, the telephone numbers 424870 or 420437 (extensions 128 and 161) are also available, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
