The four cases detected yesterday in two neighborhoods of Caucete yielded more news that are not good at all: among the close contacts of those infected, there are 9 positive for Covid-19.
The health personnel decided yesterday to isolate 36 people in hotels, contacts of the 4 positive ones from the Justo P. Castro I and Justo P. Castro III neighborhoods, who were swabbed and of 10 results so far, 9 showed that they had the virus in their body.
“We meet these people at Rawson Hospital, symptomatic and hospitalized, 3 in intensive care and one in the medical clinic area, 2 are in critical condition, those who are not in the critical area are moderate and mild”, Minister Alejandra Venerando explained.
This outbreak of cases forced the province to restrict activities, to go backward from the Phase for a period of 7 days to be able to contain the contagions and to fine tune the epidemiological links of each one of the cases that tested positive.
