“I can confirm that we have suspended the operation of the kindergarten and canteen since Monday. Last week, one person was present in the kindergarten who had positive tests,” confirmed Tereza Sedláková, the director of the Jevišovka Kindergarten.
According to the mayor of the village, one of the children should be infected. “The director of the kindergarten reported the number of children and teachers with whom the positive child was in contact. Everyone will now go for tests,” said the mayor of the village Božena Bošiaková to TN.cz.
The maternity hospital is now disinfecting the individual rooms. “People who were in direct contact with the patient will be contacted by the regional hygiene station and quarantined,” added Sedláková.
However, according to hygiene, the situation is under control. “The founder of the kindergarten decided to close it immediately. There are common measures in place here,” Marcela Březinová from South Moravian Hygiene described the situation.
