They carried out vaccination against polio, rubella and measles in Charallave

More than 500 boys and girls were vaccinated against polio, rubella and measles in Charallave during special immunization days held in the municipality of Cristóbal Rojas, Miranda state.

From the Mamá Pancha Comprehensive Diagnostic Center (CDI), the director of the institute, Yusmeida Bravo, explained that 60 children were treated daily, managing to apply 98% of the measles-rubella vaccines and 100% of the polio formula.

In addition, the health team has initiated the application of the Verocell vaccine against COVID-19 to children over the age of four.

Since June, when the immunization campaign began, the communities surrounding the central area of ​​Charallave, the CDI and the schools have been attended under the program La Salud va a la Escuela, applied by the office of the mayor Cristóbal Rojas, in coordination with the Governorate of Miranda.
