The Secretariat for Comprehensive Risk Management and Civil Protection (SGIRPC) activated Yellow Alert for forecast of cold and freezing temperatures in the upper parts of the Álvaro Obregón, Cuajimalpa, Magdalena Contreras, Milpa Alta, Tláhuac, Tlalpan and Xochimilco demarcations.
Temperatures will drop between 6 and 4 degrees centigrade between 05:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 30.
He recommended that the population use cream to protect and hydrate the skin against cold, avoid being exposed to sudden changes in temperature, drink plenty of water; consume vitamins A and C, obtained from food.
In addition, wash your hands frequently or use antibacterial gel to avoid contagion and in case of any discomfort, go to the nearest health center.
