The year 2023 is actually very interesting for fans of the series. Countless sequels and reboots will also roll out this year. From Marvel and Star Wars to drama and horror, there’s something for everyone. However, we have to say goodbye to various series in 2023 as well. The next series will end in 2023 after one last season.
Where new series appear, old formats have to give way, of course. After last year’s highlights such as ‘The Walking Dead’ have come to an end after more than a decade, one or the other first-class show will also end in 2023. These include ‘Riverdale’, ‘The Crown’ and “Manifest”, but also numerous other series end in 2023.
Several series are coming to a close this year on the Netflix streaming service. This includes the drama series The Crown after its upcoming sixth season, the mystery series Manifest after its fourth season, and the teen drama Riverdale after its seventh season. Also, fans of Ragnarok, Snowpiercer and the “Young Royals” must say goodbye to their series this year.
Even with the competition, the series must go. For example, Amazon Prime Video says goodbye to “Star Trek: Picard” after a final third season. In addition to “Riverdale”, which does not run on Netflix in America, “The Flash” also ends after nine seasons on the US broadcaster The CW, thus closing the Arrowverse.
