In 2023 we will have two increases to the lowest national salary. This is often an excuse for employers to raise the wages of their employees. Find out who can count on a salary increase from January. We are also checking who will get more due to the change in the national minimum.
From 1 January 2023, the minimum wage will increase to PLN 3,490 and from 1 July to PLN 3,600. The Council of Ministers has adopted a regulation on the matter. At the same time, the minimum hourly rate in 2023 will increase to PLN 22.80 from 1 January and PLN 23.50 from 1 July, respectively. The rate in July next year will be PLN 3.80 higher than in 2022.
