A new bug in Apple system iOS has surfaced that could cause a message with string of strange characters to crash iPhone or iPad. This happens when these characters are in a chat message of which a notification is received. Ultimately, users will then have to restart the iPhone or iPad.
The so-called “text bomb” consists of some characters from the Sindhi language in combination with some other emoji, for example Italian flags.

The bug is in all versions of the current iOS 13. The bug would be fixed in the next iOS update. In a new test version of iOS, the problem is according to Macrumors solved.
These kinds of bugs with characters crashing iOS devices are more common. It can be very annoying when people send the signs to each other en masse. Apple often resolves these types of problems within a few days.
