Thomas Eberth is the new district administrator and a lot has happened in the district council too. In the overview you can see the new district councils, their party and the number of votes.
The CSU remains the strongest force in the new district of Wrzburg. However, the Christian Socialists had to cope with a loss of three seats. The SPD had to cope with even clearer improvements in the local elections in March. Instead of 16, the Social Democrats now have only nine seats. The second strongest are the greens, which have 14 seats and the clearest gain (+ five). The Freie Whler, now the third strongest force with eleven seats, has also gained a seat. The AfD (three), the Left (two), the DP (two) and the FDP (two) follow.
