Those interested in carrying out the procedure should go to any of the offices of the Ministry of Health throughout the country.
“It will only be processed as a urgently and in person, those of those who prove that they need to leave the country due to illness or death of a family member, trips for humanitarian reasons or because they are part of official cultural, sports or scientific representations ”, confirmed Jorge Mora Flores, the Director of Digital Governance of the Ministry of Science , Technology and Telecommunications (Micitt).
System saturation
