The independent city councilor Slavs Georgiev once again wrote a comment on Facebook about what is happening in the city in terms of repairs and management of the local government in the person of the mayor Zdravko Dimitrov. Plovdiv24.bg published what was written by the city councilor without editorial intervention:
Today Zdravko Dimitrov, kept his first pre-election promise, dealt with traffic in Plovdiv. With the first clod of the “Collector of the southern ring road” in the “South” district and the prolonged repair of the “Dame Gruev” street, the “Water project” in the “Severen” district, the turning point at the Water Palace in the “Central” and the reconstruction of the Blvd. “Hadji Dimitar” in the “Zapaden” district, 4 of the 6 districts of Plovdiv, are already blocked.
There will be no traffic, there will be a huge endless traffic jam. All these repairs require a completely new order for the organization of traffic in Plovdiv and the creation of temporary one-way routes until the repairs are completed.
Nothing of the kind is seen in the work of Zdravko Dimitrov, Plamen Raichev And Todor Chonov. It’s as if there isn’t an accumulation of a critical amount of repairs in Plovdiv and it’s as if they don’t know.
The task of the administration is to foresee, plan and shape the movement in Plovdiv so that it is as simple as possible for the citizens, despite the repairs. Apparently, a lot of people in the City just haven’t done their job.
