The coronavirus does not give truce in Mar del Plata: this Friday night it was confirmed that 56 new infections were detected in the city, a record number since the pandemic began.
Although the details of the official part will be known this Saturday morning, most infections are expected in two of the outbreaks: the nursing home “The home of the grandparents”, located in Alberti at 1800, and Sea Psychopathology Clinic, in the Punta Mogotes area. Between the two establishments this Friday, 30 cases had already been confirmed.
The day with the most infected so far had been last Sunday with 52. But one fact is even more worrying that the arrival a new record: in the last seven days 248 infected were detected, which raises a question, will the Province of phase go back to the city? The update of the health situation of each of the 135 Buenos Aires municipalities is released every Monday.
On the other hand, the official part of the Municipality confirmed that 60 patients were discharged. As detailed, 25 belong to the Houssay hospital, 12 to the Namasté nursing home, 20 to the different fishing companies and 3 correspond to other epidemiological links.
Thus, since the start of the pandemic, 576 cases were detected, there were 188 recovered and 19 died. There are still 370 assets.
