There is no needle or gauze in our sanitary unit

Journalist Ahmed Moussa said that the project to develop the Rif and Upper villages development project is the most important project in the history of Egypt because it serves about 58 million Egyptians. He added during today’s episode of “On My Responsibility”, broadcast on the “Sada Al Balad” satellite channel, and presented by the journalist “Ahmed Musa”, that the people of the villages were neglected during the past years, and money was spent on cities; Echoing: “I used to go to school in the agricultural lands and in the winter … I used to walk more than a kilo in order to go to school and come back.”

Moussa added, “The people of the villages have endured severe suffering in recent years … I know the suffering of the people of the villages, because I am from a village in Upper Egypt.”

Moussa added, “I am proud that I am from the villages of Upper Egypt, and the villages have not witnessed any development mentioned in the past years. The villages were forgotten.”

Musa was affected on the air in tears: “We used to go to the health unit in the village without a needle, no gauze, and no sanitary supplies at all.”

Moussa pointed out that: “The project to develop villages in Upper Egypt and the countryside for all Egyptians.” Noting that the national project for the development of Egyptian villages and their dependencies includes about 4,500 villages and 11,000 vassals and hamlets.

Moussa added that the national project for developing Egyptian villages will be completed within 3 years.
