Liquidation of OFE. When will we know the details?

In March this year, after Paweł Surówka resigned from the position of president PZU, the insurer’s supervisory board adopted a resolution to appoint Beata Kozłowska-Chyła to this position, subject to the approval of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Until the approval of the office was obtained, the council entrusted Beata Kozłowska-Chyle with the duties of the president.
Changes at PZU. Who is the new boss?
Beata Kozłowska-Chyła was a member of the supervisory board of PZU SA, a member of the supervisory board of TFI PZU and PTE PZU, and twice a member of the management board of PZU SA.
She also sat on the management board of PZU Życie. She worked as the deputy director of the legal and licensing department at the Office for Supervision over Pension Funds, she was the president of the Polish Economic Publishing House.
PZU is high in the latest CIT payers list
The Ministry of Finance has published an annual list of the largest corporate income tax payers, i.e. CIT. The leader turned out to be the bank PKO BP, which paid PLN 1.374 billion in tribute. PZU took eighth place in this ranking, which gave back PLN 550.79 million, selling off, among others mBank or Alior Bank.
