There have been changes in the boards of Olainfarm’s subsidiaries

Dace Mihņenoka and Dzianis Panou have also been removed from the board of Tonus Elast, while Ilmārs Pajuste has left the position of Latvijas aptieka.

Fedjanin is experienced in the field of commerce, previously held several leading positions in Latvia and abroad. From 2016 to 2019, he worked as a commercial director and board member at Orkla Confectionery & Snacks Latvia. He has also gained experience in international companies such as Monster Energy Europe and Nestlé Baltics.

Serpov has been a member of the Board of Latvijas aptieka since March 2020. Serpova has 18 years of experience as a finance director, as well as in corporate management and financial management in various industries both in Latvia and abroad. In her job responsibilities, she has so far developed skills in team leadership and motivation, finance and accounting.

Fedjan and Serpova do not own shares in Olainfarm, as well as shares and positions in other companies.

Jerūns Veitess, Chairman of the Board of Olainfarm, points out that the goal is to further strengthen the management team of the subsidiaries Tonus Elast and Latvijas aptieka. For Tonus Elast, the company has ambitious growth plans to reach new markets, including Europe, the Arabian Peninsula, Asia and South America, and to develop new products. It is also planned to reach new customers through digital sales channels.

Tonus Elast manufactures flexible medical products, while in 2019, 68 pharmacies operated in 20 Latvian cities in the pharmacy network “Latvijas aptieka” owned by Olainfarm.
