“Russia must withdraw all its troops from Ukraine – period,” Sherman said at a conference in Rome.
He added that Western states have managed to help Ukraine resist Moscow’s unprovoked invasion, and the anti-Russian coalition should continue to stick to a single course of assistance to Ukraine.
