This subscription then has several variants, one of which is i Xbox Game Pass for PC, which is suitable for PC players and non-Xbox owners who do not want to spend more money on the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, whose benefits they will not really take advantage of.
However, because the name could have been confusing to customers, as it had the word “Xbox” at the very beginning, which could have gone the wrong way, Microsoft this service decided to rename it PC Game Pass, which he announced on his social networks.

Thanks to this new name, which puts “PC” right at the beginning and completely gets rid of the word “Xbox”, it should be immediately clear which platform the subscription is intended for.
