It is forbidden to demonstrate with agricultural vehicles in the province of Utrecht today and tomorrow, the safety region says there. Farmers Defense Force wants to demonstrate tomorrow at the RIVM building in De Bilt.
The demonstration may continue as normal. The Biltse Rading has been designated as a demonstration location, where a maximum of 2000 people may gather at a distance of 1.5 meters.
According to the Safety Region, FDF could not indicate how many tractors will come to the demonstration tomorrow. “In addition, the organization has called for the past few days to travel to the demonstration with agricultural vehicles,” the safety region of Utrecht writes in a press release.
Many tractors will pose serious risks to traffic, the safety region says. There is also a risk of disorder and emergency services are hindered. Therefore, the safety region prohibits demonstrating with agricultural vehicles on public roads, parking lots and other public places.
