The State Department condemns the Kremlin’s actions and rhetoric.
To the State Department United States of America say that Moscow is not capable of constructive dialogue. Aggressor Russia responds to calls from Ukraine to end the war with strikes.
State Department spokesman Ned Price said reacted to the Kremlin’s rejection of Vladimir Zelensky’s proposal to withdraw enemy troops by Christmas.
“At every opportunity, Russians respond to Ukraine’s call for a just world with even greater escalation and by recognizing very clearly that Russia is not in the mood for constructive dialogue,” Price said.
A State Department spokesman condemned those actions and the Kremlin’s rhetoric. Price stressed that Washington will continue to provide military assistance to Ukraine, as well as help survive the winter.
“We believe this is the best way to speed up the negotiation process. We hold Russia accountable and we also provide NATO defense and deterrence, and this is a strategy we will continue to pursue,” he stressed.
Let’s remember that president Volodymyr Zelensky he urged Russia to end the war by Christmas. Putin has abandoned the idea of a Ukrainian leader. Russian dictator Dmitry Peskov’s spokesman said the Ukrainian side “needs to accept the realities that have developed during this period”.
