But today something strange happens, the lion seems to have a different behavior than usual. A man realizes it, during a quiet daily show, he clearly sees that the lion makes a completely unexpected gesture. But let’s figure out together what happened.

A man residing in America, more precisely in Las Vegas, is purely quiet, works has a family but also a great desire to have fun. An evening like many others, he involves his best friend in spending a different evening than usual. They usually go to some restaurant to have dinner, and immediately afterwards they go to some pub for a drink. Today, however, one of the two wants to do something different.
In Vegas, there’s a pretty well-known place where they do a variety of showsis a hotel inside which there is an area used for shows. One of these is the one dedicated to the lions, which are kept in glass cases, but are constantly monitored and trained to be able to give a show to residents and tourists.

The man calls his friend and convinces him to spend this different evening, at first the friend is not very convinced but let’s say he gets carried away. So after preparing everything, they have dinner together at home and then go out. Once there it is not difficult to enter, it is a day during the week, so they did not even need to buy a ticket in advance. Some venue managers see new customers arriving and show them the quickest way to get to the venue.
They are also early, so they take seats in the front row and wait for the hall to fill up. They glimpse the lions in the distance inside the glass cage, which actually serves to protect all visitors, but the lions behind the case are in a large open space. The hall is filling up, so the show starts shortly and the two friends want to enjoy it fully. The show is booming, everyone in the room applauds, even if at one point something strange happens.
The lion has an unexpected behavior
The lions protagonists of the evening are a male and a female. The show is booming, but at one point one of the lions has a strange behavior. Everyone in the room realizes it, and with astonished faces they ask each other what ever happened. In reality, the trainer is also inside with them, who he too notes as the male lion remains in a corner staring into space.
But why is he doing this? Is it part of the show? In reality it is impossible, because even the trainer has a completely amazed face seeing him in that state. So he does nothing but cautiously approach him, and at that point the lion becomes aware of his presence. The trainer freezes, so the lion senses a state of fear in him.

This probably arouses nervousness in the lion, who interprets the trainer’s state as a challenge, so he starts to attack him, he wants to bite him but the trainer frees himself. Then he tries to bite into his leg, and at that point he intervenes the female lion who immediately leaves his toy with which he enjoys playing, to go on the male. He wants to bite into his hind legs, as a way to dissuade him from the trainer.
All as if it were a completely improvised show. Everyone in the room filmed the scene with their cell phone, and probably then published the video on their social profiles. Today, almost ten years after the incident, many people still happen to see this video that went viral, and everyone is shocked by the lion’s behavior.
