Sharjah24 – WAM: The UAE Cybersecurity Council, represented by Dr. Mohammed Hamad Al Kuwaiti, Chief of Cybersecurity for the UAE Government, has joined the Gartner Research Board, emphasizing the important UAE’s international stature and pivotal role in the area of cybersecurity.
Board members, which include international cybersecurity pioneers committed to protecting the world’s digital future, vote annually to approve research studies that share best related ideas and practices.
Dr Al Kuwaiti emphasized the council’s pride as the first federal authority in the Middle East to join the council, noting that this achievement underscores the UAE’s leading role and its advances in cybersecurity.
The UAE is keen to collaborate with its strategic partners and international organizations to address each other’s global challenges and find creative solutions, he added.
