Juventus and FC Barcelona to exchange midfielders Arthur and Miralem Pjanic at the end of the season. There is no longer any doubt. The two players went to the Piedmont club medical center on Sunday morning to carry out the medical examination.
The 23-year-old Brazilian played a few minutes Saturday night during Barça’s 2-2 split against Celta Vigo and then flew to Turin. Accompanied by the doctors of FC Barcelona, Arthur should sign for five years in Turin while the Bosnian, 30, should initial a contract covering four seasons, according to the Italian and Spanish press.

In accounting terms, Arthur is valued at 70 million by Barça and Pjanic at 60 million by Juventus. The formalization of the agreement is expected before Tuesday. The two players will however end the season in their respective clubs even if rumors – and we consider them as such at this point – indicate Arthur’s desire not to play in the Barça Champions League matches next August .
