“The television of the fugitive Ghita and the caster set up a miserable scenario”

Mayor of Sector 1, Clotilde Armand, criticized on his page Facebook the last episode of the “RomPrest” scandal after on Sunday, June 6, several people, including Codruta Cerva, a star of Romania TV, took part in a protest where they threw garbage on the steps of the mayor’s office. Only RTV was present on the spot to report the event.

“After I announced last night that the sanitation operator stopped his blackmail and started urgently collecting garbage from Sector 1, realizing that he flagrantly violated the law, an entire leaching machine was activated trying to divert attention from the illegal situation made by the company. Why do I say this? Because the television of the fugitive Ghita and the foundryman (coupled well until I become mayor with the money of the City Hall of Sector 1) incites hatred from morning to evening and has devised a miserable scenario: the “stars” of the station respectively they threw the garbage on the steps of the town hall, that would not be the biggest problem.

I am used to being harassed in the media, being spun by people who have connections with the sanitation company and the trust of a criminal convict, etc. Of course, it’s not easy to wake up with deflated car tires, crews in front of your house or threatening messages (fyi: I filed complaints for what I wrote above). There are various intimidation techniques that the current mafia is putting into practice in the hope that I will give up. I chose not to talk about these things until now because I undertook to fight to the end. It’s the easiest to give in and resign yourself to being defeated, to walk around all the televisions smiling beautifully, lying to the citizens how good you are.

These days I have received enough messages. It is full of politicians and “experts” who have told me that I need to soften it and stop. To accept that I am defeated and to accept blackmail. What to stop, esteemed ones! Should I obey the law? Never! If such an attitude of resignation has been put into practice for 30 years, it does not mean that it must become a rule. “Everyone steals, everyone is the same!” Is the most common expression addressed by citizens of the Romanian political class. Look, I dare you to prove to you that “not everyone is the same.” That in our world there are some principles that we do not abdicate, that there are some good people who want to rebuild Sector 1 from the ground up. We have many beautiful things to build and achieve together. Do not be manipulated. We’re still moving forward. We have no time to lose, “he wrote Clotilde Armand on her Facebook page.

A new episode took place on Sunday in the war started by the “garbage mafia” from Sector 1 against the mayor Clotilde Armand. A group of people, led by Codruta Cerva, brought bags full of garbage, which they then dumped on the stairs of Sector 1 City Hall.

About 20 people came in front of the Sector 1 City Hall, where they dumped garbage on the city hall stairs. Everything is broadcast live by Romania TV, the incident being coordinated by Codruta Cerva, activist PSD and a close relative of the former mayor, Daniel Tudorache. “You’re a mayor’s garbage, Madam Mayor!” Cerva shouted.

RTV sent three reporters to increase the number of protesters.

The few participants present, interviewed by RTV, repeated the PSD slogans. “He was stolen because this is Soros’ agenda in Romania. We have criminal leaders and thieves,” a woman said. USRPLUS stole the local elections, according to the publication Aktual24.ro.

“Clotilde, to prison!” and “Resign!”, said other people present in front of the mayor’s office.

“Why don’t you kick her out, what the hell came here?” Another woman shouted.

And Ana Birchall, the former Minister of Justice criticized the lack of reaction of the authorities in this case.

“However, CNA and other state institutions with responsibilities in the protection and application of the law, including health protection, also work on Sundays? How is this circus allowed to throw garbage on the steps of the mayor’s office and no one should take the necessary legal measures ???

Yes, I have criticized and will continue to criticize the existence in the sector where I live of garbage, dung, rats, ticks, mosquitoes for the simple fact that, as a resident of this sector, I have the right to quality services only for this purpose is the taxes and duties that I pay to the state! Instead, I condemn this politicization and competition of scoring electoral or popularity scores, transforming a serious problem, including the health protection of the inhabitants of sector 1, into a public and political masquerade!

However, I hope that the state authorities, including the NAC, will take the necessary measures! And yes, I prefer not to see public and political circus (including in the local council sector 1) but I want to see firm action, with the application of the law and the prosecution, including legal, of the guilty … “, the former minister underlined.

On Saturday, the Romprest company sent a press release announcing that it will resume the waste collection activity.

After the Romprest announcement, the mayor of Sector 1 Clotilde Armand wrote on her Facebook page that she will file a criminal complaint against Romprest, whom he accuses of blackmail.

“I understand that the sanitation operator has announced that it is resuming garbage collection in the sector and has acknowledged guilt for the blackmail created in these days when the garbage was not collected. Yes. I was right! The law says very clearly that it is forbidden to interrupt the service. sanitation and the company’s administrators were afraid to continue the blackmail, but things will not stay that way. All those who allowed themselves this situation will answer in Justice because they endangered the health of the population in Sector 1. (.. .) “wrote Clotilde Armand.
