The tax authorities wrongly labeled Nazmiye as a fraud: “Does this never end?”

For years, the Tax and Customs Administration discriminated against people who applied for childcare allowance. That is the opinion of the Dutch Data Protection Authority in a damning report. Nazmiye was wrongly labeled a fraud because of her second Turkish nationality. She had to repay over 30,000 euros.
