For the second part of his blockbuster, action director James Cameron touched with a big trowel. “Avatar: The Way of Water” may have cost up to 400 million US dollars. With more than 2.3 billion dollars in sales worldwide, the investment was worth it – also in Switzerland. As new figures from the industry association Procinema show, the film was also the most watched in cinemas in Germany in the first half of the year.
