• What ? : The civic service volunteer will take charge of users upon their arrival in the sub-prefecture in order to provide them with information, direct them to other services, and advise them in their administrative procedures.
  
  The recruited person will be required to support people who so wish in carrying out their online procedures, in particular for titles in a dedicated digital space.
